How can I change my password?

You can change your password by going to the “My Account” page on ibid2SAVE.com and click the link “Change Password” under “My Profile” on the left hand navigation bar.

I can’t remember my password.

From the login page, select “Forgot Password” and you will be asked to confirm your email address for your account. Then you will receive a link in the email you provided to reset your password. If you do not see this email in your inbox, check your spam folder. Any other issues, please call technical support, or email support@ibid2SAVE.zendesk.com

How can I change my address?

Go to the “My Account” page and find “My Information” under “My Profile” on the left hand navigation bar. Then you can choose to edit your shipping or billing addresses.

Where can I check my current bid balance?

Go to the “My Account” page and choose “Dashboard” under “My Auction Links” on the left hand navigation bar. This will show you the number of active bids, purchased bids, and promotional bids you currently have in your account.

How can I change my email address?

Go to the “My Account” page and find “My Information” under “My Profile” on the left hand navigation bar. Then find your email address and select “Update” to update your email address.

Can I subscribe to the newsletter?

Just by registering at ibid2SAVE you are automatically opted in to the newsletter to receive special deals and see future auction previews. For additional details, see the ibid2SAVE Terms & Conditions.

Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

You are more than welcome to do so. Each newsletter we send out has an “Unsubscribe” button. Simply click this button and you will no longer receive newsletter emails from ibid2SAVE.

Can I change my user name?

Your username cannot be changed. When you register you should avoid choosing any user names that might offend other users since everyone will be able to see it. If you see a username that is distasteful, please contact our Customer Support.

What are avatars?

Avatars are images that you choose to represent your “character” on ibid2SAVE. We have a wide variety of avatars that you can choose from. You may choose one at any time by going to “My Account” and choosing “My Avatar” under “My Profile” on the left hand navigation bar.

My name has changed. How can I change my registered name?

Contact customer support to change the name under which you have registered.

Where can I go to view auctions I have won?

Go to “My Account” and find “Auctions Won” under “My Auction Links” on the left hand navigation bar.

I would like to cancel my account.

We are sorry to hear that you are no longer interested in using ibid2SAVE. If there is a problem that we can fix, please email customer support at support@ibid2SAVE.zendesk.com and we will do our best to take care of the issue. We do not allow you to cancel your account however, if you do not log in for a period of 30 days, your account will become inactive. We do not save any credit card or payment information on our servers so your personal information is safe. At any time you would like to reactivate your account, just log in and your information will be made active again.

Security

Do NOT give out your password or sensitive information over email or on the phone.

ibid2SAVE will NEVER request that you provide your password through emails or by phone. If you get an email asking you to provide your password, delete it and please report the email to our customer service team at support@ibid2save.zendesk.com.

Why worry about ‘Phishing’ or ‘Spoof’ emails?

“Phishing” and “Spoofing” are both illegal ways that outside parties try to obtain confidential information like passwords or credit card information. If you are ever asked over email or phone for data similar to this please contact customer support.

How do I know when an email is a fake request?

Payments for purchases on ibid2SAVE can only be made on our website through our secure payment portal. Do not respond to any emails asking you to provide sensitive information to make a payment.

What do I do with suspicious emails?

NEVER click ibid2SAVE links provided in an email you are unsure of, and NEVER download anything provided in emails that are suspicious. This could allow outside parties to illegally obtain your private information.

Please forward these emails to support@ibid2SAVE.zendesk.com and we will take a look and let you know whether or not they are safe.

How can I be sure my payment information is secure?

Transactions conducted on ibid2SAVE.com are secure. You are the only one who sees your payment details. When you are on the checkout page, take a look at your browser’s address bar, you will see 1) a padlock, and 2) the URL will begin with ‘HTTPS’ instead of ‘HTTP’. Both of these signs are indicators that the webpage has been secured.

Each and every payment through ibid2SAVE is conducted on a secured, encrypted connection. This SSL connection is verified by VeriSign and can be verified by clicking on the “VeriSign Secured” symbol at the bottom of the page.

Are there any specific PC requirements?

ibid2SAVE will allow you to access auctions on almost any computer that can access the internet. In order to get the best experience possible, we do recommend a few things:

I am having trouble getting my bids to register on auctions.

Sometimes users will place a bid before the countdown ends, but it won't be recognized that the bid was placed. Usually this is due to Internet lag times or delays between your PC and our servers. This could be caused by the connection being overloaded, a slow internet connection, or the loss of connection.

We apologize that your bid was not registered when you placed it. Here is some advice to help you avoid this problem in the future:

- While bidding don't download or upload large files on the internet at the same time.

- Don't use an internet connection that has many users online at one time.

- Don't wait until the very last second to place your bid. The timer will be extended even if your bid is placed with 3 or 4 seconds remaining on the auction timer.

- Set your Autobidder to ensure your bid is placed.

The links for ibid2SAVE I received in my email are not working.

Try copying the full link and paste it into the address bar of your internet browser instead of clicking on the link directly.

What if a system outage occurs?

If there is an unforeseeable disruption in the system and no bids can be submitted for items, then auctions will be temporarily halted and the remaining times for the auctions, current bidding price, and the current highest bidder will be maintained. Once the disruption has been resolved, the auctions will be continued and ten (10) minutes will be added to the remaining times for the auctions. Temporarily halted auctions will be clearly indicated. More information can be found in the Terms & Conditions.

Why can’t I bid using my AOL internet browser?

AOL does not allow the use of cookies on most websites other than AOL. This could prevent you from bidding on ibid2SAVE. We suggest using a new browser preferably Google Chrome (https://www.google.com/chrome).

I don’t know how to activate cookies.

Your internet browser must allow cookies to be stored on your computer. To enable cookies to be stored on your computer, please follow the instructions below for your Internet browser:

Shipping & Returns

Why didn’t I receive my order?

Often, the item is on its way but just hasn’t arrived yet. Delivery times vary for different items that are listed on ibid2SAVE. Many of our items are shipped directly to you from our supplier while others are not. This usually happens within a week from the time you paid for the auction item. As soon as your item has shipped, we will let you know. We cannot guarantee a shipping date for items but often, most items will be shipped or ordered within 14 business days. Please check your email often for any updates or notifications regarding your items.

If within 14 business days of purchasing your product, it has not yet been shipped, please contact our Customer Support so we can assist you in located and expediting the delivery of your item. Once in a while, an item may be out of stock which could add a delay in shipment; however this case is rare.

Order Tracking

If tracking information was provided for your shipment order, you will have the ability to view the information in your ibid2SAVE account. Not all orders have available tracking information.

Return Policy

You have the right to cancel or return any order in accordance with ibid2SAVE’s Return Policy, which ibid2SAVE may change from time to time in ibid2SAVE’s sole discretion.  If you desire to cancel an order to which the cancellation provisions apply, you will be entitled to a refund of any cash paid toward the Total Purchase Price, including shipping and handling charges, but only if your item has not been shipped. Promo Bids and Cash Bids placed during the auction for the item purchased are not eligible for any credit or refund.  To view the complete return policy, please read our Terms & Conditions.

Some exceptions may apply.  If an exception does apply, it will be noted on the auction’s return information on the individual auction page.  Exclusions also include any auction for Promo Bids which are nontransferable and nonrefundable.  If, at ibid2SAVE’s discretion, you are found to be in bad standing due to fraudulent behavior, excessive refund requests, or other such behavior, you are deemed to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions and you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you wish to cancel or return an order, you must inform ibid2SAVE in writing by email to Operations@ibid2SAVE.zendesk.com that you want to cancel or return the item within the allowed time period. Cancellations and returns by phone will not be accepted. The following information must be included in your email: Your user name, Order Number, and a brief description of the reason for your cancellation.  Once received, ibid2SAVE will provide you a Return Authorization Number to be included with the item being returned.

In order to complete a cancellation or return, you must return the received product or products in new condition.  All shipping expenses for returns will be paid by you unless goods are found to be defective.  ibid2SAVE will not accept a return if you are unable to return the service or product received or are only able to return it in part or in a damaged or used condition. ibid2SAVE will also not accept a return if you do not receive authorization from us before returning the item.

Should ibid2SAVE incur additional costs for insufficient postage on the return, these costs will be deducted from any previous payment remitted by you.

Exchanges:

Should ibid2SAVE not be able to deliver the product ordered for any reason, You will have the option to accept an alternative but comparable item, as determined by ibid2SAVE in its sole discretion, or receive a refund of the Total Purchase Price you have paid.

Defective products:

Items that are defective upon arrival can be returned or replaced for a refund within 30 days.

Return shipping costs:

We will not reimburse you for any return shipping costs unless an item you received was found to be defective, incorrect, or damaged. If we are unable to provide a return label for you to use, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping in promo bids credited to your account. We ship the product replacement to you at no cost to yourself, and we use every possible method to make sure that the replacement order is processed as soon as possible.

How to Return Items to ibid2SAVE

We are very sorry you received an item that you are unhappy with. If this happens, we will fix your problem as soon as possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at 1-888-240-5288 or by email at Operations@ibid2SAVE.zendesk.com and we will help you with your return for that specific product.

Condition of Products: 

To return items purchased through ibid2SAVE, they must be in original condition, and they must include all factory packed paperwork and accessories (ie. straps, cords, battery, manuals, unmarked warranty cards, etc.). The item must be in its original box and packaging with its attached UPC, barcode, and serial number. 

Returns that do not follow the ibid2SAVE accepted rules will not be processed.

Removing or altering a product UPC number or serial number will make void any possibility of return. If a product is returned with a missing or altered serial number or UPC, it will be returned to the sender.

The returned product serial number must match exactly the serial number stored in our database.

Items returned that are lost or damaged during transit are only the responsibility of the shipper, not of ibid2SAVE. Save the tracking number and information to properly ensure all items being returned to ibid2SAVE are received.

Exceptions for Returns:

We have a very flexible return policy on many items that we offer through ibid2SAVE, however there are some exceptions to our rules.

These items may not be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Apple iPads, Android Tablets & Any Other Electronic Tablets
  • Tickets
  • Consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, film, digital memory, tapes, batteries, paper, and ink
  • Intangible goods such as bid vouchers, etc.
  • BBQ grills
  • Televisions*
  • Wall mounting brackets (after the manufacturer's box has been opened)
  • Any additional item as reflected in the auction page

* Televisions are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty and are subject to the terms of the warranty. In home service is available on most TVs depending on the manufacturer and the size of the television. If defective, they will be serviced (repaired or replaced) by a manufacturer authorized service technician.

Return Limitations:

Items that fall outside of 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for any type of return. If the item has past 60 days from the purchase date, ibid2SAVE maintains the right to refuse any type of investigation into the issue.

Anytime an order from ibid2SAVE is shown delivered according to the shipping agency but is being contested by the customer, a claim will be filed with the shipping agency. This process will be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date (date of delivery from tracking information). If the delivery is not contested within 14 days from the shipper’s delivery date (date of delivery from tracking information), a claim will not be initiated by ibid2SAVE with the shipping agency who was responsible for delivering the package.

ibid2SAVE takes no responsibility for any items that are lost, stolen or sold to a third party once it is under ownership of the customer. ibid2SAVE products are offered exclusively to private users, not to commercial businesses or semi commercial retailers.

International Orders and Shipping

ibid2SAVE is only available to users located in the United States and only provides shipping within the United States. We may expand our services to other countries in the future but do not do so currently.

Shipping costs of items will vary and will be shown on the product bidding screen. This charge will also be viewable upon checkout. ibid2SAVE offers FREE shipping and handling for a year when you become an ibid2SAVE Prime user.
